1. Nature of Service
Nāmakaraṇa provides a highly personalized digital consultation service offering baby name suggestions and detailed name analysis. Our process combines numerology, astrology, linguistic principles, and traditional references to curate meaningful and unique names. This is a bespoke service tailored to individual inputs and preferences, and no physical product is delivered.

2. Strict NO Refund Policy
All payments made towards any Nāmakaraṇa service are strictly non-refundable. Due to the customised nature of the work involved, once the order is confirmed and the naming or consultation process has commenced, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Subjective Preference Disclaimer
Name selection is inherently subjective. While we ensure that all suggested names are unique, meaningful, and aligned with the selected numerological and traditional parameters. Dissatisfaction due to personal liking, family opinions, or aesthetic preference does not qualify for refunds, replacements, or disputes.

4. Scope of Delivery
Each package includes a one-time curated delivery (in sets) based on the selected plan and provided inputs. Any additional revisions, modifications, or extended consultations beyond the original scope of the package may incur extra charges and will be handled at our discretion.

5. Accuracy of Information Provided
All recommendations and analyses are based strictly on the information provided by the client, including birth details and preferences. Nāmakaraṇa holds no responsibility for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information shared at the time of booking.

6. Intended Use
Our services are intended to provide guidance rooted in traditional practices, numerology, and cultural insights. The final decision regarding the baby’s name rests entirely with the parents or guardians, and Nāmakaraṇa does not enforce or mandate any specific choice.

7. Delivery timeline
Our standard delivery timelines range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on the selected package and level of customization required. We aim to balance efficiency with thoughtful research and curation to ensure high-quality results within the promised timeframe.

8. Expedited / Urgent Requests
For clients requiring priority delivery within 24 hours, an expedited service option is available. Such requests will be subject to an additional fee, and the selected package will be charged at twice the standard price to accommodate the urgency and dedicated effort involved.

9. Twin Babies
All Nāmakaraṇa packages are designed for a single child. In the case of twins, separate packages must be purchased for each baby to ensure individualized attention, accurate analysis, and a fully personalized naming experience for both children.

10. Intellectual Property & Usage
All name lists, analyses, and reports shared by Nāmakaraṇa are Original, curated intellectual work and Intended for personal use only. Clients are not permitted to Resell, redistribute, or commercially use the content and Reproduce or publish the material without prior permission. 

11. Acceptance of Policy
By booking a package or making a payment, the client automatically agrees to all the above policies.
